Back extension bench
Product code: VFN018The back extension bench is designed for installation in outdoor fitness zones, parks, school yards, sports complexes and public training areas. It provides safe and effective lower‑back training, strengthens the core, improves posture and enhances spinal stability. The structure meets C4 environmental class requirements, ensuring resistance to moisture, corrosion and outdoor conditions. The bench is suitable for beginners, advanced users, rehabilitation purposes, schools, sports facilities and public outdoor gyms. Training is performed by positioning the feet on the support, resting the hips on the pad and executing controlled back‑extension movements, adjustable through range of motion and tempo.
The equipment is intended for users with a minimum height of 140 cm. The squat bench is engineered for outdoor use and meets C4 environmental class requirements. The frame is manufactured from steel profiles with a minimum wall thickness of 3 mm, ensuring high strength and long‑term durability. The load‑bearing structure uses 50 × 50 mm square tubing. The main plate is made from UV‑stabilised PE500, providing excellent resistance to outdoor conditions. The footplates are made from aluminium checker plate for secure footing and wear resistance. The equipment is highly durable and suitable for heavy‑load use.
