Hex kang ,must
"Trap bar" ehk kangi kuusnurkne variant (tuntud ka kui hex bar) on spetsiaalne kang, mida kasutatakse peamiselt jõutreeningus, eriti tõmmete ja kükilaadsete harjutuste tegemiseks. Selle keskne ava võimaldab tõstjatel end kuusnurkse raami sisse positsioneerida, haarates käepidemetest külgedelt.
