The 3+1 training station combines four functions in one unit: a leg‑raise frame, a pull‑up frame, dip bars and an additional core‑training function. It is designed for installation in outdoor fitness zones, parks, school yards, sports complexes and public training areas. The structure meets C3 environmental class requirements, ensuring durability against moisture, temperature changes and corrosion.

This station supports intensive full upper‑body and core training. The pull‑up section targets the back and arms, the leg‑raise section strengthens the core and abdominal muscles, and the dip bars provide effective training for the triceps, chest and shoulders. The additional function allows users to perform stabilisation and bodyweight‑based core exercises. Movements are performed with controlled technique and adjustable intensity based on user capability.
